Gary Stavrum - President:
Gary was a founding member and President of Machining Technology Group (MTG), a contract medical manufacturer for seven years.  After MTG was acquired by Accellent Inc. in 2005, Gary served as Vice President of Orthopedics until late 2006.  Accellent is currently the world’s largest medical contract manufacturer.  Prior to MTG Gary worked at IMC Supply, a tool supply company, from 1988-1998, where he held various sales positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President of Sales.

Chris Johnson - Vice President of Product Development:
Chris has 15 years of proven medical device product development experience, demonstrated by introducing numerous large and small projects to market.  Prior to Launch Medical Chris held various product development positions at Smith & Nephew (1992-1998), Medtronic (1998-2005), and Wright Medical (2005-2007), where most recently he was Senior Director, Product Development of hip and knee products.

Tim Hanson - Vice President of Operations:
Tim was also a founding member of MTG, where he held the position of Vice President of Operations.  After the sale of MTG to Accellent, Tim was the Director of Operations for the Memphis facility until late 2006.  Prior to MTG Tim worked for Wright Medical as a Manufacturing Engineer for 9 years.
